The kids enjoyed the leisure center . The staff were friendly was great, but we did find the check-in process somewhat slow, which could be improved for a smoother start.

The staff we very friendly
The cutlery in the restaurant wasnt very clean. Was placed in a room above the bar and was advised by the receptionist that entertainment would be finished early but unfortunately it did not finish until 2:30am both the Saturday and Sunday night.

This is a fine, clean, comfortable and modern hotel with spacious rooms and a good breakfast. We had two problems, neither one the fault of the hotel, but beware! There was a wedding in the hotel and drunken guests screamed...

The hotel's fish of the day was inedible, it was like it was reheated from yesterday, disgraceful! The reception staff didn't even offer a discount on my bill, which would have been the least they could do after that disaster. I expected a complimentary upgrade, but of course, I just got treated like any other guest.

This place was just a prime choice for a fleeting trip in Claregalway with decent value for money. The leisure center had a nice pool that my kids enjoyed, definitely a highlight. Don't forget to check the reception for hairdryers if needed.

Its location was peaceful, near a shop and take away, restaurant, and Galway. Furthermore, we could get to Claregalway Castle. Everything was perfect, including a warm breakfast choice.

The cleanliness of the pool shower and changing area left much to be desired. Stained surfaces are not exactly cute. The restaurant's service was lacking to the point where it felt chaotic, which dampened a dine-in experience that was already marred by overpriced and underwhelming side offerings. If you rely on electric car chargers, don't count on them being functional. Room comfort varied, as temperature controls were unmanageable at times, leaving me too warm when I just wanted to unwind. Finally, long restroom lines during breakfast could use better management, severing the convenience vibe this location strives for.
